This is some of the more accurate AK ammo, Chinese Military Spec. I owned some of this a few years back...it shot into 2 inches out of my MAK-90. I pulled apart some rounds and mic'ed the bullets to try to figure out why it shot so well. I noticed the OAL of the bullet was significantly longer than commercial Chinese and Russian Wolf. I think it must stabilize better because it is longer, the steel core necessitates this--less mass than lead--so the bullet is made longer to bring it up to 123 grain...great ammo. I see this at shows from time to time, selling in the 40-50 cent per round range and have heard of some selling for as high as 75 cents per. Dealers can't legally sell this ammo anymore as it is considered to be "cop-killer", "armor-piercing" ammunition. Private sales are okay here in the Southwest. Oh, and I would treat this stuff as corrosive, regardless of what it says on the box...
